Having familiarized herself with the work culture and atmosphere at Kincardine McDonalds, Kathy appeared to be a perfect fit for one of their prep positions.
It did not take long for the Managers at McDonalds to highly value Kathy as an employee. She has worked at McDonalds for nearly 3 years and has become their “Go-To” morning prep staff. She is reliable, punctual and often takes on extra shifts. When their dining room is open you will often see Kathy in her secondary role at the Guest Experience Liaison as her personality is just too awesome to keep in the back of the kitchen all the time!
