Community Living Kincardine & District has been inspiring possibilities since 1963 by offering a variety of services to support 150 infants, children and adults in our community living with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives.
INCLUSIVE EDUCATION RESOURCE KITS
Introducing...
​CLKD is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new initiative designed to support local educators and promote inclusion in our schools. Inclusive Education Resource Kits are ready-made, bite-sized lesson plans and activities that can be easily integrated into classrooms or used to supplement existing curriculum.
How it works:
Find a small space—a shelf or spot in the library, office, or staff room—to hold a bin of these resources. Each month, CLKD will provide fresh kits for educators to use, making it simple and accessible to keep inclusion conversations alive in your school.

We’re working with local educators to ensure these lessons are relevant, practical, and meaningful for both teachers and students. Together, we can continue to build welcoming school environments where everyone belongs. We hope your school will join us in this exciting initiative!

Thanks to the support of 116 golfers and 52 sponsors, the 17th Annual CLKD Charity Golf Classic raised over $21,000 to enhance programming to support those with developmental disabilities and all people over 55.
