SAVE THE DATE 15th Annual Golf Classic is July 21, 2023
The 14th Annual CLKD Charity Golf Classic exceeded expectations again this year! Our golfers were met with amazing weather, a great day of golf, silent auction and a delicious dinner by Ainsdale Golf Course. We set a goal of $15,000 to help enhance our services for those living with a developmental disability in our community and to ensure funding is available for inclusive programming and groups that are not currently existing in the Municipality of Kincardine and Township of Huron-Kinloss. This year, we exceeded our goal by over $9,000, raising over $24,000! We are truly thankful for each and every one of our golfers and sponsors for helping to Inspire Possibilities! Funds raised through this day of golf gives us the flexibility to provide enhancements to our services and programs. These enhancements can help an individual to start their first job, create fun opportunities for youth to learn new skills, connect members to recreational activities in the community, provide safe and comfortable homes for adults and offer support and respite for families. We would like to extend a huge thank you to our sponsors and golfers, to our hosts Chuck and Taylor Candler, to the staff at Ainsdale golf course and to our volunteer photographer's Ryan, Tara and Ciara McGinn. We would also like the thank our MC's Phillip Craig and Randy Smith for keeping us laughing throughout the evening and to our registration volunteer, Judith Denault!
