Grief and The Holidays

As we approach the holiday season it is important to recognize that all is not merry and bright, all the time. For some who have lost a loved one, the merriness of the holiday season can be interrupted with feelings of grief and loss.

If you, or someone you know has experienced loss and would like to learn more and/or discuss grief and the holidays, Huron Shores Hospice is hosting "Let's Talk About Grief: Grief and the Holidays". During this session, participants will learn about and discuss: common grief triggers, coping strategies, and meaningful ways to honour departed loved ones during this time.
