All Children Have a Path. Advocate for it.



Here are a few helpful reminders that all children have a path and it is important to advocate for the path that you/your child feels is best suited for them.


This young  lady with Down Syndrome wasn’t able to go to New York to the WDSD conference at the United Nations due Covid-19, but here is a link to her virtual speech “ I make My Own Decisions”. She is a sophomore at the Univeristy of Georgia.


Shows two different paths for students- inclusion vs segregation- as parents, you have a choice. 

Social Distancing teaches us how kids with disabilities feel- when this is all over, can we do better?
